In August 2026 Under Armour launched the Magnetico Elite 6 with a CGI film: a boot at grass level, a dark pitch in backlight, the blades bending as if pulled by a magnetic field. I wanted to know how close I could get to that kind of film working only with generative AI, so I set one rule for myself: take the language, invent the product.
The boot in MAGNETIZED is mine and does not exist. Invented silhouette, chevron texture on the upper, pearlescent soleplate, magenta stud tips, and a magnet symbol where a logo would normally sit. No name, no existing brand mark anywhere.
Then the film, shot for shot: the silhouette in backlight, the studs skimming the blades, the macro on the texture, the heel, the sole from below with the grass closing into rings around it.
The difficult part was never generating images. It was holding one invented product identical to itself for thirty seconds, with every frame checked against a single locked reference, stud by stud.
Thirty seconds, vertical. No studio, no prototype, no shoot.
